    When I'm not helping clients, you can find me at the pickleball courts, soccer field, football field, basketball court, theater or track meet cheering on my 4 boys.  I'm also married for over 20 years to Josh who teaches high school students,and I have a profound appreciation for teachers and other hero professionals. Sellers Representative

Selling a house on your own can be a daunting task, but with me, a trusted real estate professional by your side, it becomes a breeze.

    We will begin by discussing the improvements and updates that you have made to your home and will set up a time for me to come meet with you and see the house. 


    Upon meeting, we will review the comparative market analysis that I've prepared based on homes in the area that have recently sold or are pending. We will also look at the current listings in order to see where the competition currently is. I will walk you through some minor repairs and/or projects if necessary as well. We will also decide on a list price in accordance to your needs and the market analysis. I will also schedule a stager (if necessary) and a professional photographer to come at a later date usually 2-3 days prior to our list date. 


    I will then list your home on the MLS, home sites, social media, and here on this website. I will then present offers that have been recieved, work with you and the buyers agent to negotiate favorable terms and ensure that the timeline is kept in order to have use closed on time.


    Throughout the process, I will be communicating dates, findings and various other information as they arise. If there is nothing for the week, you can still plan to hear from me.
